GROUP DIRECTORS
Martin J. S. Katz is a former founding shareholder and director of an offshore fiduciary company in the Isle of Man, successfully sold to a major international corporation. He has his own financial consultancy and is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission. He is a Chartered Company Secretary and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Thomas K. H. Tyrrell has been an international lawyer for twenty five years and was formerly a partner in an international legal consultancy in Geneva, deputy chairman of the Isle of Man subsidiary of Banque Sarasin of Basle and director of the offshore subsidiary of La Baloise, a leading Swiss insurance company. He is a longstanding member of the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the International Tax Planning Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
James Darr has thirty years of senior management experience in the financial industry specializing in asset management, capital formation, direct investment, asset financing, insurance and other investment vehicles. He was formerly a Group President of a major investment bank, a member of its Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. Mr. Darr was an Allied Member of the New York Stock Exchange and a member of its Allocation Committee.
Daniel Oliver was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to be Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission in 1986. Prior to that, he was General Counsel to both the U.S. Departments of Education and Agriculture. Before moving to Washington Mr. Oliver practiced trusts and estate law in New York City for fifteen years.
Donald B. Jennings has over thirty years senior management and board of director's service in the banking industry. For twenty years he led a bank in Wilkes Barre, PA (as CEO and chairman the last ten years) until its successful sale to a unit of Fleet Boston. In 1990 he co-founded and was chairman of a bank in Kingston, PA. He is also the founder and a general partner of three highly successful partnerships investing in banks and thrifts. Jennings served as a director of Chase Federal Bank, Miami, FL and is currently a director of Cuyamaca Bank, Santee, CA and Leader Bank, Arlington, MA.
NEW ZEALAND TRUST COMPANY DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
Richard G. Wilson has been an Attorney and Notary Public, for thirty five years, and is a partner in the Auckland law firm of Jackson Russell. Mr. Wilson advises on commercial, trust and property matters. He is a director of several New Zealand private companies and charitable trusts.
Christopher A. Hubbert is an Attorney and Partner in Jackson Russell and is experienced in real estate conveyance and trusts. He serves as trustee of several New Zealand charitable trusts.
Kim C. McDonald is a Legal Executive with Jackson Russell; she has trust and commercial experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She is Company Secretary to Wellington Shield Trustees (NZ) Limited.
